Warranty & Returns
We will stand behind the quality of all our products. If you experience any problems with your Red Paw gear, be it durability or otherwise, please reach out to me with a Instagram message, an email or phone call. If you need repairs on your gear, I’m happy to do so for the cost of shipping. Regardless of the situation, Red Paw Packs is dedicated to customer service and has every intention of making sure that you are satisfied with your gear.
Stock Items: We will accept returns of all stock items are in unused condition within 14 days of purchase. If you believe your product to be defective, please contact me with the details of the defect. For new, unused item returns, the customer must pay the return shipping.
Custom Items: Due to the nature of custom work, custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
